  • Find out more about the company and what it is doing at the moment.
  • Ask people in your network: Maybe you already have acquaintances who work within the company or in the same industry?!
  • Spontaneity is your friend: There are no stupid questions! Dare to ask questions, bounce off your interviewer’s answers to create real dialogue.

BE CONFIDENT

  • Practice pitching your experience in front of your bathroom mirror!
  • Expect the unexpected: Prepare your journey in advance, arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment!

BE YOURSELF

  • Prepare a smart outfit that you feel comfortable in.
  • “Do you collect garden gnomes?”; Tell us! Give depth to your profile by being yourself, talk about the things you do outside work!

Hiring process

Meeting with a member of the HR team and one of the company’s operational managers. I will have a maximum of 2 interviews.

You will get a maximum of 2 interviews.

My interviews are successful: I receive a job offer within a maximum of 10 days after the last interview.
