Help our staff to thrive

Establish ourselves as a benchmark employer with a long-term commitment to the local community: boost local employment, enhance the employee experience, build the digital professions of the future and develop a sense of belonging.

The connected economy is a sector undergoing profound change and needs to find new growth drivers as the fibre optic roll-out cycle draws to a close. This is why our businesses are evolving and transforming to keep pace with the growth in maintenance activities and integrated services. We are committed to training, retraining, mobility and integration for each of our 2,942 employees.

Axione’s ambition is to offer targeted career paths that help employees develop their skills within the same business and support job mobility.”

What we are doing:

Promote female entrepreneurship

A number of employees from the Malakoff head office and the Centre Alps, Auvergne Rhône Alps, Ile-de-France and South-East regions are involved with the “Elles bougent” charity, which encourages secondary school girls to explore engineering and technical careers.

Raise team awareness about disability

During the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (EWPD), our sites in Pau, Saint-Jean-d’Illac, Lille and our head office in Malakoff organised awareness-raising sessions in partnership with the Diversidées charity.

Encourage internal mobility

A dedicated online platform presents the group’s mobility policy and the tools available to support career plans such as: registering for webinars or mobility offers, access to job vacancies, uploading CVs, sending job applications, etc.
